To differentiate Southwest Airlines from its competitors, we created a cohesive body of work for digital and social channels that speaks to flyers in their unique markets. We combined fun, vibrant visuals and language that showcases the brand's friendly personality to inspire travel and ultimately get folks to book flights.

We also created a library of icons highlighting unique attributes of Southwest’s 100+ destinations. They were so successful that they have been absorbed into every facet of the brand, including out of home, experiential, email, and retail.
